Cancellation of issued ticket – refund process will take upto 4 months. Total cancellation fee includes our service fee of 150 aud per ticket plus airlines cancellation fees.
An online form must be filled and submitted for cancellation and refund process.
We are only liable to pay refund once we receive payment from airlines and for any reason if refund denied/not received from airlines then we are not liable to pay anything .
Partially utilized ticket is non-refundable .
Non-refundable tickets no amount will be refunded .
Infant ticket is non-refundable.
Refunds on medical ground is very rarely approved by airlines as such travel insurance is highly recommended.
Pls check your travel dates/departure/arrival city/flight timings/passenger name and all terms and conditions mentioned in the itinerary.
