I understand to process the refund it takes approximately 3 to 4 months from the date applied. Non refundable ticket and half utilized there is no refund given back. Infant tickets are non refundable. Airlines will only process refund on the original amount paid to purchase the ticket and not include any date change amount. Refund is not provided on the credit card surcharge.
